Background
Rebooting is a piece about the repeated cycle of letting personal projects fall by the wayside. During the journey, the cursor reboots itself by cleaning its desktop, starting from scratch.
To test if I could complete a personal project alongside client work, I worked on this almost every day since September. For 30 minutes to an hour. Every morning.
I built everything in Cinema 4D with handmade assets and a couple of pre-made models. Put everything together in After Effects and composited the desktop animations on top.
